About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered if a great attitude and a knack for helping people could be the start of something bigger? As a Customer Service team member with us in Al Nadha, Dubai, you won’t just be answering questions — you’ll be the face (and voice) of our company, creating a first impression that really counts. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions — so no one slips through the cracks.
- Learn our products and services as you go, growing into a confident guide for our customers.
- Bring a positive attitude, reliability, and patience to every shift.
