What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your fit and interests, your work might include:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls with patience and clarity.

  • Supporting managers and teams with document prep, scheduling, and routine admin tasks.

  • Following up on customer queries and ensuring every issue feels taken care of, not just answered.

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, admin, or call center roles.
  • Confident English communication (spoken and written); other languages are a plus but not required.
