We’re expanding our friendly team and searching for enthusiastic professionals (Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, Client Support Executive, Customer Relations Officer, Help Desk Executive, and Service Coordinator) who thrive on helping others. With a competitive salary package and a supportive work environment, it’s more than just a job — it’s about making an impact, every day.

About the Company

Step inside our offices and you’ll find energy, laughter, and the gentle hum of collaboration. We believe that great service starts with a great team, which is why we put our people first — from supportive supervisors to quarterly team-building outings (who knew virtual escape rooms could be so memorable?). Our company is fast-growing, committed to treating both customers and staff with respect, and takes pride in being a professional hub right in the heart of Dubai’s bustling BurJuman district. If you value teamwork and appreciate a dash of fun with your daily routine, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers warmly, whether in person or over the phone, and ensuring that everyone feels valued from the first “hello.”
  • Listening carefully to customer inquiries and concerns; responding with empathy and clear, accurate information.
  • Resolving issues efficiently — sometimes you’re the detective figuring out what’s gone wrong, other times you’re the cheerleader celebrating a solution.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to make sure customer needs are met swiftly and completely.
  • Accurately entering and updating customer information in our database.
  • Following up on open cases to guarantee every promise made is a promise kept.
  • Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge to offer genuine, helpful advice.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A friendly, confident, and approachable personality (genuine smiles are kind of our secret sauce).
  • Good communication skills in English (bonus if you speak other languages used in Dubai).
  • A customer-first attitude — you enjoy solving problems and making others feel heard.
  • Ability to work on-site in BurJuman, Dubai.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center role is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy — you’re comfortable handling emails and using customer management tools.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog are especially welcome).
  • Team player who can also work independently.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Visa provided: We’ll handle the paperwork so you can focus on your career.
  • Company accommodation: Comfortable living arrangements close to work.
  • Transportation included: Getting to and from the office is one less thing to worry about.
  • Employee-friendly schedules and a collaborative team environment (be ready for the occasional potluck lunch!).
  • Opportunities for career advancement as the department continues to grow.
  • Supportive leadership that truly values your input — your ideas will be heard.

Here, it’s not just about answering calls or emails; it’s about building relationships and being part of something bigger. You’ll grow, laugh, and make a difference — all while working with some of the friendliest faces in Dubai.
