What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers warmly, whether in person or over the phone, and ensuring that everyone feels valued from the first “hello.”
- Listening carefully to customer inquiries and concerns; responding with empathy and clear, accurate information.
- Resolving issues efficiently — sometimes you’re the detective figuring out what’s gone wrong, other times you’re the cheerleader celebrating a solution.
- Coordinating with internal teams to make sure customer needs are met swiftly and completely.
- Accurately entering and updating customer information in our database.
- Following up on open cases to guarantee every promise made is a promise kept.
- Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge to offer genuine, helpful advice.
What You’ll Bring
