What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, helping everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Answer inquiries (both in-person and over the phone) with accuracy and empathy, connecting patients to the right services or staff.
- Schedule appointments, maintain the reception area, and manage patient records with an eye for detail.
- Ensure front-desk operations run smoothly, even during busy periods—sometimes that means juggling multiple tasks with a smile.
- Handle administrative support duties as needed, from basic billing coordination to helping colleagues with time-sensitive requests.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information, always respecting privacy and clinic policies.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year’s experience working in the UAE (customer service or receptionist role preferred).
- Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and patient, especially with people who might be nervous or unwell.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment; adaptability is key.
- Professional appearance and strong organizational habits.
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the country cannot be accepted).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical office reception.
- Familiarity with medical record systems or appointment scheduling tools.
- Fluency in additional languages (especially Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog) is a plus.
