What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors (and making them feel instantly at-home) at our Business Bay office reception.
- Answering inbound calls—sometimes it’s a simple question, sometimes it’s solving a mini-mystery!
- Providing information about property listings, meeting schedules, and company services with clarity and patience.
- Documenting inquiries, appointments, and visitor logs, keeping our records neat and current.
- Facilitating smooth handoffs between clients and agents—or jumping in to help a teammate if reception gets busy.
- Following up with clients post-visit or post-call to ensure their needs have been met.
- Occasionally assisting with office administration—think: helping prep for big meetings, or organizing client welcome kits.
- Maintaining a tidy, welcoming front desk area that reflects our professional yet friendly vibe.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- A positive, service-oriented attitude—kindness and patience go a long way here.
- English fluency; additional languages are always a plus in our multicultural team.
- Residency: currently inside the UAE (a must for applying).
- Willingness and eligibility for immediate joining.
- Strong communication skills—on the phone, in person, and by email.
- Basic comfort with computers, scheduling, and office systems.
