What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers—whether face-to-face, by phone, or over email—with genuine empathy and professionalism
  • Resolving inquiries, solving issues, or gently guiding customers to the right department when needed
  • Accurately entering customer details and feedback into our system
  • Collaborating with teammates to create smooth, hassle-free customer experiences
  • Staying up to date on our products, services, and procedures to deliver clear, helpful information
  • Supporting occasional admin tasks and sharing customer insights with management
  • Bringing your ideas to the table about how we can serve customers even better (we love proactive thinkers!)

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Confident conversational English (spoken and written); any additional languages are a plus
  • Friendly, helpful disposition with a knack for staying calm under pressure
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid documentation for a UAE residency permit (we’ll handle that part!)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous customer service experience, whether abroad or in a different industry
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs (think Outlook, Excel, or any CRM system)
  • A flair for problem-solving or going the extra mile
