What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries with patience, positivity, and professionalism
  • Offering solutions and information about our services, always aiming to make someone’s day a little easier
  • Following up on customer requests and making sure every detail is accurately recorded
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve any challenging customer issues
  • Learning and adapting quickly—whether it’s a new product update or feedback from your supervisor
  • Maintaining daily logs and sharing ideas to continually improve our customer service
