What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting visitors or callers with warmth and professionalism — you’re the first impression, after all
- Responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with patience and accuracy
- Handling appointment bookings, scheduling, and data entry to ensure smooth daily operations
- Problem-solving on the spot to address customer needs or re-route issues to the right department
- Maintaining records, updating files, and ensuring the reception area or call center is tidy and organized
- Providing clear information about company services, policies, and support to customers
- Working closely with colleagues to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 1 year’s experience in customer service, reception, or call center roles
- Currently residing inside the UAE (applications from outside the UAE cannot be considered)
- Proficient communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Comfort using basic office software and switchboard/phone systems
- A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Ready for immediate joining — we need someone who can hit the ground running!
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in hospitality or retail environments
- Fluency in a second or third language
- Previous experience working with a multinational team
