What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting shoppers, answering their questions, and always offering that extra bit of help—no request is too small or too much trouble.
  • Assisting lost visitors, resolving concerns on the spot, and making sure everyone leaves with a smile.
  • Supporting shop owners and retail tenants with coordination, incident response, and daily communications.
  • Team Leaders/Supervisors: Overseeing staff rotations, handling tricky situations calmly, and keeping everyone motivated—sometimes just with a good story or quick pep talk.
  • Helping ensure safety, cleanliness, and order throughout the centre—you’ll be the eyes and ears making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Reporting issues (maintenance, customer complaints, etc.) quickly and clearly to management.
  • Lending a hand for special events and promotional days—yes, sometimes that means getting festive!

  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
  • A welcoming, respectful approach to every person—shoppers and teammates alike.
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (team leads/supervisors should have relevant experience).
  • Problem-solving skills and a cool head under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to work from Deira City Centre and already in the UAE.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in team leadership or supervising in a retail/large venue environment.
  • Knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in Dubai.
  • Familiarity with mall or commercial property operations.
