What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and guests with genuine warmth — whether in person or over the phone
- Managing inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring every customer feels heard
- Assisting with daily office tasks — think scheduling, documentation, filing, and beyond
- Handling email correspondences with clarity and poise
- Collaborating with your teammates to solve customer issues and keep things running smoothly
- Using digital systems and CRM platforms for logging service requests or updating records
- Supporting front office operations — from managing meeting rooms to keeping common areas client-ready
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you know how to put people at ease
- Confidence and composure — even on busy (or unpredictable) days
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to step in where needed
- Current residency in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves:

- Multilingual skills — especially Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog
