What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors and guests with genuine warmth — whether in person or over the phone
  • Managing inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring every customer feels heard
  • Assisting with daily office tasks — think scheduling, documentation, filing, and beyond
  • Handling email correspondences with clarity and poise
  • Collaborating with your teammates to solve customer issues and keep things running smoothly
  • Using digital systems and CRM platforms for logging service requests or updating records
  • Supporting front office operations — from managing meeting rooms to keeping common areas client-ready

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you know how to put people at ease
  • Confidence and composure — even on busy (or unpredictable) days
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to step in where needed
  • Current residency in the UAE

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with call center software or office management tools
  • Multilingual skills — especially Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog
