What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk—your smile (in person or over the phone) sets the tone
- Handle incoming calls efficiently, addressing inquiries or routing calls to the right department
- Provide prompt, empathetic customer service via phone, email, and sometimes in-person—making each interaction feel personal
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure no detail falls through the cracks
- Support the team in managing appointments and scheduling—sometimes things change last minute, so flexibility is key
- Maintain the reception area’s welcoming vibe—tidy up, manage supplies, and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems quickly and keep things running seamlessly from front desk to call center
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience in customer support, front desk reception, or call center roles
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus)
