What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and a professional smile, setting an immediate positive tone.
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries both face-to-face at the front desk and over the phone.
- Coordinating guest requests—everything from special room arrangements to restaurant reservations—ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Responding to calls in our call centre with patience and clarity, always aiming for a quick, satisfying resolution.
- Collaborating with housekeeping, security, and other departments to keep operations smooth and seamless.
- Addressing any guest concerns or complaints gracefully and promptly; we’re quick to solve problems and slow to point fingers.
- Sharing ideas to improve guest experience—your voice matters, whether it’s suggesting a new welcome drink or a tweak to our digital check-in.
What You’ll Bring
- A positive, problem-solving attitude and a knack for making people feel at ease.
- Fluency in English (extra languages are always a bonus in our international setting!).
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, or a similar guest-facing role (but we also believe in “personality hires”).
- Polished appearance and genuine enthusiasm for representing our brand.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- For Call Centre roles, comfort with computer systems and multitasking is a plus.
