What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests and clients, ensuring they feel valued from the very first moment
- Answering phone and email inquiries promptly, with patience and a positive attitude
- Resolving basic issues and requests — or, when needed, routing them to the right department
- Keeping records accurate and up-to-date, so nothing slips through the cracks
- Maintaining a tidy, welcoming front desk or work space — you’re detail-oriented about more than just tasks
- Supporting colleagues during busy hours and always being ready to lend a hand
- Learning about new services, updates, and internal systems as they arise — we’ll give you the tools
