What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers and visitors (in person or by phone) with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues in ways that leave people smiling
- Support daily office operations — from managing paperwork to arranging schedules and keeping things running smoothly
- Keep accurate records of interactions using our digital tools, with a focus on confidentiality and detail
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
- Proactively share feedback and ideas — if you spot a better way of working, we want to hear about it
- Support sales and client outreach efforts, especially if you’re in a telemarketing or client relations role
- Jump in to help during busy periods (we believe in pitching in, no matter your title)
What You’ll Bring
- A positive attitude and a knack for making people feel at ease
- Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional in both English and (bonus points!) Arabic
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, call centers, or related office roles
- Basic tech savviness — experience with MS Office, email, and (ideally) CRM systems
- Already based inside the UAE, ready for face-to-face interviews and immediate start
