What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with clarity and patience
- Troubleshoot customer issues and find solutions, even if it means thinking outside the box
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
- Keep detailed and accurate customer records—because the little things matter
- Share feedback from customers to help shape our growing services
- Meet (and occasionally exceed) set targets, with commissions as your reward
- Represent Trend Up Group’s values in every interaction, big or small
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent English (other language skills are a bonus!)
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
- Valid UAE residency (applicants must be inside the UAE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, as needed
- Basic computer literacy
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Multilingual abilities
