What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting patients and visitors with genuine warmth—think of yourself as the clinic’s unofficial ambassador
- Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and providing accurate information with patience and clarity
- Coordinating with doctors, nurses, and support staff to make sure each patient’s experience is smooth and stress-free
- Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and professional—your eye for detail keeps us shining
- Handling patient records, paperwork, and basic admin tasks (don’t worry, training is on us)
- Lending a hand with occasional tasks—every now and then, it’s “all hands on deck” and your flexibility matters
What You’ll Bring

- You are already living in the UAE (a must for immediate start)
