What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your strengths and interests, you could find yourself:
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and handling front desk responsibilities as our Receptionist
- Fielding client calls, resolving queries, and keeping everyone informed as a Call Center Agent
- Juggling calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the office runs like clockwork as an Office Coordinator or Admin Assistant
- Accurately entering, updating, and verifying data, making sure records are always up to date as a Data Entry Clerk
- Delivering top-notch service via phone, email, or chat, always attentive to customer needs as a Customer Support Executive
- Managing, organizing, and controlling company documents with keen attention to detail as a Document Controller

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently based in Dubai and available for immediate start
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages always a plus)

- Prior administrative or customer service experience (any sector welcome)
- Comfortable with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email platforms)
