We’re on the lookout for upbeat Customer Service Representatives and Front Desk pros who thrive in fast-paced environments. If you love to help people, keep things organized, and want your energy to make a real impact, this could be your spot. With the logistics sector booming in Dubai, your skills are more in demand than ever—especially at a company that truly values its team.
About the Company
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Al Fahidi, Mankhool, we’re a tight-knit group powering the movement of goods in and out of Dubai. Our company’s culture is all about teamwork and honest hustle—no two days are alike, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We laugh together during morning briefings, celebrate the wins (big or small) at the end of the week, and go the extra mile for our customers (and for each other). If you like to work hard, support others, and appreciate a straight-talking, down-to-earth atmosphere, you’ll fit right in.

- Coordinate between different departments to resolve shipment or delivery issues quickly.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks—think organizing schedules, booking appointments, and helping keep the office running.
- Support the team during busy periods and be willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude even when things get hectic (because in logistics, they will).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles (even if it wasn’t in logistics!)

- Adaptability—you keep your cool and find solutions, even if the day doesn’t go as planned.
- Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, data entry).
- A UAE residency and current presence inside the country (we can only consider candidates already in the UAE).
- A proactive approach—you see what needs doing and jump in.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior work in a logistics or shipment company.
- Familiarity with shipment tracking systems or logistics documentation.
- Team-oriented mindset—you genuinely like helping others succeed.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
