What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls with your best first impression—helpful, warm, and professional.
- Managing appointment scheduling and assisting guests and clients as they walk in.
- Responding to customer inquiries (in person, on the phone, and sometimes over email), resolving issues or passing requests to the right team.
- Learning on the job: Our free training will bring you up to speed on the ins and outs of our security system products and services.
- Handling basic administrative support—from maintaining records to assisting with daily office tasks.
- Supporting our sales and technical teams by sharing customer feedback and helping streamline communication.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A friendly, approachable attitude and a genuine willingness to help others.
- Reasonable English skills (spoken and written).
- Basic computer literacy—if you’ve ever sent an email or organized a file, you’re off to a good start.
- Currently inside the UAE and ready for a walk-in interview at our head office.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist (but we love freshers, too—training is our specialty!).
- Additional languages (always a plus in Dubai’s melting-pot community).
- A knack for staying organized, even when things get busy.
