What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email—always with a helpful, positive attitude
- Assist shoppers with order placements, product information, returns, and after-sales support
- Resolve complaints or issues with patience and a detail-oriented mindset
- Use your computer savvy to quickly access systems and keep accurate records
- Collaborate with colleagues during shift handovers—clear communication is key
- Share feedback from customers with the team to help us keep improving
- Embrace flexible working hours, including weekends or late shifts, as part of our rotating schedule
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Confident using computers and familiar with online shopping platforms
- Friendly, patient attitude—helpful with all kinds of people
- Eligible to work from inside the UAE
