What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email—always with a helpful, positive attitude
  • Assist shoppers with order placements, product information, returns, and after-sales support
  • Resolve complaints or issues with patience and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Use your computer savvy to quickly access systems and keep accurate records
  • Collaborate with colleagues during shift handovers—clear communication is key
  • Share feedback from customers with the team to help us keep improving
  • Embrace flexible working hours, including weekends or late shifts, as part of our rotating schedule

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Confident using computers and familiar with online shopping platforms
  • Friendly, patient attitude—helpful with all kinds of people
  • Eligible to work from inside the UAE
  • Open to both male and female applicants; all nationalities are warmly welcomed

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
