What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving as the first point of contact for our clients and candidates—whether that’s answering questions, guiding them through our processes, or just offering a reassuring voice on the phone.
- Managing and updating client and candidate records with care and accuracy.
- Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, making sure every interaction is helpful and professional.
- Supporting the recruitment team with scheduling interviews and following up on application statuses.
- Proactively identifying ways to improve the customer journey—your insights matter to us!
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous customer service experience (any industry welcome—retail, hospitality, call centers, you name it!)
- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a real bonus in our diverse environment.
- A friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach to helping others.
- Comfort with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry).
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to work in Deira, Dubai.
- Willingness to work within the guidelines of a recruitment agency, including understanding the job application fee policy.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Familiarity with CRM or database systems.
- Arabic or another widely spoken language in the UAE.
