What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and callers with warmth and professionalism — first impressions really do matter here!
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages, making sure every query gets a timely, helpful response
  • Assisting customers with their questions, concerns, and requests — think of yourself as the problem-solver of the office
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
  • Keeping records accurate and up to date (a little organization goes a long way)
  • Supporting with administrative tasks, whether it’s booking appointments or managing schedules
