What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers by phone, email, or in-person with their inquiries and concerns
  • Resolving issues efficiently while keeping a smile in your voice
  • Coordinating with other departments to make sure client needs are met
  • Recording customer feedback and helping improve our day-to-day processes
  • Juggling multiple requests—sometimes all at once—with grace and calm
  • Learning rapidly about our products and services so you can guide customers confidently
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidential information stays secure
  • Supporting team members and celebrating small wins—because every satisfied client is cause for a mini celebration
