What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role, you might find yourself:
- Greeting customers with a welcoming smile and assisting them with inquiries or purchases
- Handling phone calls—sometimes in rapid succession—with patience and professionalism
- Promoting products in-store, sharing honest recommendations, and hitting achievable sales targets
- Managing cash registers accurately and handling transactions with care
- Assisting clients in the showroom, ensuring displays are tidy and well-stocked
- Resolving customer concerns promptly, turning problems into positive experiences
- Coordinating with teammates and other departments to deliver seamless service
