About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking to jumpstart your hospitality career in the heart of Dubai? INDIGO Hotel, nestled on downtown Sheikh Zayed Road, is urgently expanding its customer service team and searching for approachable, enthusiastic individuals to join us as Front Desk Agents, Receptionists, and Customer Service Staff. If you’re ready for a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same — and where your personality can shine as brightly as the Dubai skyline — this could be your next big move. Curious about working with people from all over the world? You’ll fit right in.
About the Company
At INDIGO Hotel, we believe exceptional service starts with exceptional people. We’re more than just a welcoming place for our guests; we’re a mosaic of cultures, backgrounds, and ideas. You’ll discover a team that thrives on collaboration and kindness, where new faces are greeted with genuine interest and even small wins are celebrated together. We pride ourselves on mixing a touch of local charm with international standards — and, just between us, our rooftop views and Friday team breakfasts are the stuff of legends.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a warm smile (even after a long shift — we know that’s not always easy!), making them feel right at home.
- Handling check-ins and check-outs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Answering guest inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email — no question is too small or too strange.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and other teams to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Managing reservations and making sure all bookings are accurately entered into the system.
- Keeping the front desk area tidy, welcoming, and stocked with everything our guests might need.
- Supporting team members during peak hours — sometimes it takes a village!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:

- Comfortable communicating in English (other languages are a bonus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while staying cool under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays — hotels never sleep, and neither does Dubai.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception (but freshers are more than welcome).
- Familiarity with basic hotel booking or reservation systems.
- Additional language skills.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
