What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and assisting visitors or callers in a warm, professional manner, setting the tone for a great experience.
  • Responding to customer inquiries across various channels (phone, email, or face-to-face) with patience and efficiency.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and following up to ensure their needs have been met.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and provide customers with quick, accurate solutions.
  • Managing appointment bookings, reservations, and handling basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining a tidy, welcoming front desk or workspace—after all, first impressions matter!
  • Troubleshooting minor technical hiccups or helping clients navigate basic support queries.
  • Sharing feedback with the team on recurring questions or improvement opportunities—you’re the eyes and ears on the ground.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, front desk, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills in English; any additional languages are a huge plus.
  • A friendly, patient attitude—even when the going gets tough.
  • Good time management, with the ability to multitask (sometimes the phones really do ring off the hook).
  • Eligibility to work in the UAE and immediate availability to join.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, booking software, or call center platforms.
