What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a genuine smile and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences—every time.
- Handling in-person, phone, and email guest inquiries—sometimes all at once—and solving little hiccups with grace and speed.
- Managing reservations and room assignments using our hotel software (don’t worry, we’ll teach you).
- Collaborating closely with housekeeping and concierge to guarantee rooms are ready and guest requests are met promptly.
- Keeping your work area organized, professional, and welcoming; presentation matters to us.
- Handling guest feedback (the good and the not-so-great) with calm professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to impress.

What You’ll Bring
