What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors warmly at our reception—think of yourself as the welcoming committee!
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and genuine care for each customer’s experience.
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and following up as needed—keeping clients happy and informed.
- Maintaining and updating records, whether it’s appointments, contact details, or call logs.
- Supporting various administrative tasks as they arise; no two days are exactly alike around here.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer interactions and enhance office processes.
- Ensuring the front desk and waiting area always look tidy and inviting.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or call center roles.
- Currently residing in the UAE—you’re already here and ready to start!
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are always a bonus).
- A warm, approachable personality and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with standard office software and phone systems.
Nice-to-Haves:
