What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding warmly and efficiently to client inquiries — whether that’s over the phone, WhatsApp, or in person
- Assisting clients as they navigate apartment viewings, lease signings, and those all-important moving day questions
- Following up with leads and keeping track of client preferences to create a seamless experience
- Working closely with our agents and admin staff, supporting with paperwork and scheduling
- Helping keep our office running smoothly by updating listings, organizing documents, and lending a hand wherever needed
- Occasionally acting as the welcoming face for walk-in guests or new property seekers
