What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding warmly and efficiently to client inquiries — whether that’s over the phone, WhatsApp, or in person
  • Assisting clients as they navigate apartment viewings, lease signings, and those all-important moving day questions
  • Following up with leads and keeping track of client preferences to create a seamless experience
  • Working closely with our agents and admin staff, supporting with paperwork and scheduling
  • Helping keep our office running smoothly by updating listings, organizing documents, and lending a hand wherever needed
  • Occasionally acting as the welcoming face for walk-in guests or new property seekers

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid communication skills in English (extra points for Arabic, Hindi, or a third language!)

  • Comfortable with basic office software and quick to learn our CRM system
  • UAE residency or visitor status (we’ll sponsor the residence visa for visitors)
