About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself being the first friendly face a guest sees at a leading luxury hotel in Jumeira? If you thrive on creating memorable first (and lasting) impressions, this opportunity could be your next move. We’re on the hunt for personable, poised individuals—both men and women—who understand that world-class hospitality starts at the front desk. In the heart of Dubai’s elite district, every day is a chance to impress, grow, and turn simple check-ins into standout experiences.

About the Company

Tucked away amid the sparkling skyline and iconic beaches of Jumeira, our hotel exudes refined elegance with a warm Dubai welcome. Here, attention to detail isn’t just a phrase—it’s a way of life. Our team comes from every corner of the globe, united by a passion for service and a deep appreciation for those little things that make guests feel at home. Fridays are fondly known for staff get-togethers and the occasional friendly banter over who’s the café’s true coffee aficionado. Growth is a given here, whether you’re just starting in hospitality or looking to hone your skills at the highest level.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests and residents with genuine warmth—whether it’s their first stay or their fiftieth
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly, efficiently, and always with a smile
  • Responding to guest inquiries (the obscure, the straightforward, and sometimes the delightfully surprising!)
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and concierge to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
  • Fielding and resolving guest concerns—in person, on the phone, or via digital request
  • Acting as a local expert by offering personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, bookings, and guest requests as needed
  • Supporting the team spirit during busy periods, always ready to pitch in where it’s needed most

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, courteous, and confident
  • Polished appearance and impeccable personal grooming
  • Natural politeness and the ability to put others at ease
  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality environment (hotel front desk preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt gracefully to changing situations
  • Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous luxury or high-end hospitality experience
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin get you bonus points!)
  • Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package: AED 3,500–5,000/month
  • Friendly, diverse team with a focus on professional development
  • Stylish, vibrant workspace set at one of Jumeira’s most stunning properties
  • Supportive management that actually listens (and remembers birthdays)
  • Team-building events and occasional perks—think outings, shared meals, and learning workshops
  • Opportunity to interact with guests from around the world, every day
  • Uniforms provided—so you can always look hotel-ready
  • Genuine pathway for career advancement within the group

There’s something about working here that feels different: perhaps it’s the blend of high standards and heartfelt hospitality, or maybe it’s knowing your effort is genuinely valued. Either way, you’ll become part of a team where unforgettable guest moments start with you.

(Please note: This recruitment company applies a job application fee.)
