What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries across phone, email, and in-person channels, always with warmth and efficiency.

  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts, with flexibility for one scheduled day off each week.
  • Professional presence and a desire to make each interaction count.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced or multicultural setting.
  • Familiarity with basic office software (think Word, Excel, email platforms).
  • Energy to pitch in as needed—sometimes, the unexpected keeps things interesting!
