About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Thinking about kickstarting your career in real estate, but craving a role that goes beyond the “usual desk job”? As a Real Estate Customer Relations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of customer experience — mixing in-person energy with digital flair (and, honestly, no two days are ever the same). If you’re someone who loves helping people, isn’t shy about picking up the phone, and knows their way around a social feed, this could be your next big move.
About the Company
We’re not your traditional real estate agency. Imagine a collaborative team where ideas fly freely, coffee runs are spontaneous, and there’s real laughter echoing through our open-plan office (sometimes we laugh at our own puns about square footage). Growth is in our DNA — not just in sales, but in how we help each other learn and level up. Whether it’s over Friday team lunches or our “best new listing” awards, you’ll find we take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming walk-in customers and handling their inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Reaching out to current clients by phone for feedback and staying on top of helpful follow-ups
- Responding to online inquiries and social media messages; yes, those DMs count!
- Assisting with lead generation by engaging with customers in-person, over the phone, and across digital platforms
- Crafting and posting real estate ads on property portals and various social media platforms — creative copy welcome
- Regularly updating our company’s social media accounts with fresh listings, updates, or market news
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; you listen as well as you speak
- Friendly, proactive attitude — you’re ready to jump in and help customers feel valued
- Comfortable using basic social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented mindset (you keep track of follow-ups like a pro)
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service
- An eye for appealing ad copy or basic design skills
- Familiarity with property listing platforms or CRMs
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Supportive team that celebrates big wins and small victories alike
- Opportunities to grow your career in real estate and build your client relations skill set
- Hybrid work options for the right candidate (we trust you to get the job done, wherever you are)
- Active, collaborative workplace — your ideas for better customer experience will actually get heard

You’ll be joining a workplace where you’re seen as a person, not just a staff member. If you’re ready to blend your knack for people with your digital savvy, you might just find your home here.
