About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wondered what happens behind the scenes on your favorite TV segments? As a TV Appointment Coordinator with our program in Rashidiya Ajman, you won’t just get a front-row seat — you’ll be making the magic happen. This isn’t your standard desk job. If you love connecting with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to see your efforts reflected on screen, this role might just be your calling.
About the Company
Our team is a small but passionate group working together to bring insightful and engaging television content to audiences across the UAE. We thrive on collaboration and the thrill of “live” — whether that means sharing laughs in the break room or celebrating the launch of a segment that came together at the eleventh hour. Flexible but focused, adaptable but precise, we value initiative and authentic communication. And, just as an FYI, we believe in celebrating small wins (expect plenty of impromptu snacks and the occasional team after-hours).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making professional, friendly calls to companies — introducing our program and building relationships with business owners.
- Coordinating appointment timings, confirming attendance, and managing the ever-shifting dance of daily schedules.
- Acting as a point of contact for both internal team members and external guests, keeping everyone in the loop (without the game of telephone).
- Preparing detailed daily reports on appointments, outcomes, and progress toward targets — accuracy and neatness matter here.
- Supporting the team with any last-minute changes or special requirements that keep live TV interesting.
- Keeping your cool (and your sense of humor) when plans change, and thinking creatively to solve scheduling challenges.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English — you’re comfortable switching between languages on the fly.
- Previous experience in coordination, call centers, or customer service environments.
- Confidence working toward targets or KPIs, with a positive, results-driven attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation — you keep schedules tidy and reports accurate.
- A valid UAE residence (this is non-negotiable due to on-site requirements in Ajman).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Any experience working within media, broadcasting, or events is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or schedule management software.
- A knack for making busy people feel comfortable and heard on the phone.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive compensation structured with achievable bonus targets.
- Vibrant, collaborative workspace in Rashidiya Ajman — easily accessible and lively.
- Real opportunities for learning about television production and media.
- Supportive leadership that values your ideas and initiative.
- Flexibility where it counts, plus genuine respect for work-life balance.
- Friendly, team-oriented culture where your contributions are visible (and celebrated).
You’ll be joining a team where every day is a little bit different — and your work plays a key role in what the UAE sees on screen. If you want your next job to actually matter, we think you’ll fit right in.
