About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Here’s the Opportunity
Curious what it’s like to help people find their dream homes in Ajman’s vibrant Rashidiya 2 neighborhood? As our new Real Estate Agent, you’ll be at the heart of life-changing decisions—guiding clients through every step, whether they’re searching for their first apartment or making the leap to a larger family home. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and don’t shy away from a challenge, this role could be your perfect next move.
About Us
We’re a close-knit, energetic team of property enthusiasts who believe that real estate is about more than buildings—it’s about people, stories, and genuine service. We pride ourselves on a culture that values collaboration and continuous learning (don’t be surprised if you find yourself sharing property insights over a cup of karak in the office lounge). Here, Friday mornings often kick off with an impromptu huddle celebrating a client’s big move or an agent’s creative deal. We’re growing (stronger than ever in Ajman!), but still nimble enough that everyone’s voice is heard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Promoting a dynamic portfolio of property listings across digital platforms and the local market
- Responding promptly to client inquiries—sometimes after regular hours, because that dream home won’t wait
- Arranging property viewings and expertly guiding clients through negotiations, ensuring a smooth and transparent process
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients—think more trusted advisor, less salesperson
- Generating your own leads (and following up with the ones we send your way)
- Staying current with market trends and property values in Rashidiya 2, so you always deliver the best advice
- Keeping property databases and client notes accurate and up to date—details matter here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Ambition, resourcefulness, and a drive to grow your network
- Strong communication skills—in English, Arabic, or both
- A knack for negotiation and a naturally consultative manner
- UAE driving license and residence in/near Ajman
- Reliable organizational skills—you remember the small stuff, not just the big deals
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with real estate CRM tools (or the curiosity to learn)
- Previous real estate sales or rental experience in the UAE
- Additional language skills
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive commission structure—your success translates directly into rewards
- Flexible hours and on-the-go hybrid work opportunities
- Supportive environment with ongoing training and mentorship (because nobody knows it all)
- Lively, friendly team culture—celebrations, encouragement, and plenty of shared wins
- Opportunities to grow your career as we expand across Ajman and beyond
You’ll find purpose here—every key you hand over, every handshake, and every phone call is part of someone’s story. If you’re ready to make a real impact, we can’t wait to meet you.
Common Interview Questions and Tips

- Tell us about a challenging negotiation you’ve handled—what was your approach, and how did you ensure a transparent experience for all parties?

- What motivates you the most: closing a big deal, helping a first-time homebuyer, or growing your industry network? Why?
- In our office, we often celebrate both big and small wins as a team. How do you like to recognize success—both your own and others’?
- How do you approach giving clients honest advice when you know it might not align with what they want to hear?
- What does being a “trusted advisor” mean to you in the context of real estate?
