What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting and assisting clients, guests, and visitors with a warm smile (yes, even on Mondays!)
  • Managing front desk operations: answering and directing phone calls, handling general inquiries, and responding to emails
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Organizing files, documents, and other paperwork, both physical and digital — keeping clutter at bay
  • Liaising with management and different teams to ensure clear communication across the board
  • Supporting day-to-day admin tasks and jumping in wherever a teammate needs a helping hand
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area that reflects our standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar customer service role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus, but not required)
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to pick up new skills
