What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors with a sincere smile and making them feel at ease the moment they walk in
- Handling all incoming calls — connecting people efficiently and sometimes knowing what they need before they ask
- Managing the front desk area, keeping things organized (and making sure no delivery gets lost in the shuffle)
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks — think scheduling appointments, updating records, and supporting team projects as needed
- Troubleshooting small issues as they arise, whether it’s a tech glitch or a guest with an unusual question
- Ensuring all guests sign in and proper security procedures are followed
- Being a calm, professional presence during busy periods or the occasional challenging situation
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or as a front desk receptionist
- Professional communication skills — you’ll be handling queries in person and by phone
- Comfortable using basic office software (MS Office; familiarity with booking or phone systems a bonus)
- Fluent English (additional languages always welcome!)
- Presentable, approachable, and adaptable — you keep your cool even on hectic days
- Must be located in the UAE and ready for immediate joining
