About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Front Desk Customer Service Representative – Business Bay, Dubai
Ever walked into a place and been greeted so warmly you instantly felt at home? That first smile, that helpful hand when you're not sure where to go — it sets the tone for everything that follows. We're looking for someone to be exactly that person for our Business Bay office: the friendly, capable face who makes every visitor and caller feel looked after from the moment they arrive.
This is a full-time, on-site role in one of Dubai's most vibrant business districts, and it comes with the kind of support package that lets you focus on doing great work rather than worrying about logistics — company visa, transportation, and medical insurance all sorted.
About Us
We're a growing team based in the heart of Business Bay, and we genuinely believe the front desk is the heartbeat of the office. It's not just a seat by the door — it's where the day starts, where problems get solved, and where people come when they need a real human answer. We keep things professional but never stiff; there's a lot of laughter between the busy moments, and we look out for each other.
If you've worked in places where the front desk felt like a lonely island, you'll notice the difference here. Our team pitches in, shares the load, and celebrates the small wins — whether that's getting a difficult client sorted or simply making it to Thursday without the coffee machine breaking down.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests, clients, and walk-ins with a warm, professional greeting — and make sure they're never left waiting without an update
- Handle incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the right person without letting things fall through the cracks
- Manage the daily rhythm of the front desk: signing visitors in, keeping the reception area tidy and presentable, and coordinating meeting room bookings
- Support the wider team with light administrative tasks — courier arrangements, document handling, and keeping shared spaces stocked and organised
- Listen carefully to customer questions and either resolve them on the spot or find the person who can
- Keep calm and carry on when three things happen at once (it happens — and you'll be the one who makes it look easy)
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Clear, confident communication in English — both spoken and written
- A professional, approachable attitude and the kind of presence that puts people at ease
- Reliability and punctuality; the front desk can't run late
- Basic comfort with computers and standard office software
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience
- Arabic or another language would be a real plus for our diverse client base
- Familiarity with Business Bay or the wider Dubai business environment
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you — attitude and willingness to learn often matter more than a perfect checklist.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Salary of AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month, paid on time, every time
- Company visa, transportation, and medical insurance — the essentials handled so you can settle in without stress
- Annual leave so you can actually rest and recharge
- A central Business Bay location, well connected and easy to reach
- A supportive team culture where your contribution is noticed, not just your attendance
- Room to grow — we'd rather promote from within than look outside
We know the job market can feel like a maze of identical listings. This one's simple: if you're the kind of person who takes pride in making someone's day a little smoother, we want to talk. Send your CV and let's see if it's a fit.
