About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it feels like to be the voice that turns a frustrated caller into a satisfied customer? That's the daily magic of a Call Center Associate — and we're looking for a few good ones to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. This isn't just about answering phones; it's about being the human bridge between a company and the people it serves. If you've got patience, a clear speaking voice, and a genuine desire to help, this role could be your gateway into Dubai's thriving customer service industry.
About the Company
We're a growing customer experience team based in the heart of Business Bay, one of Dubai's most dynamic business districts. Our office sits minutes from the canal, which means lunch breaks sometimes turn into scenic walks. We believe great service starts with a great team culture — no micromanaging, no corporate stiffness. Just a group of people who take pride in solving problems and genuinely enjoy helping others. If you've ever worked somewhere that felt like a family rather than a workplace, you'll understand what we're building here.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a friendly tone — every conversation matters, even the tough ones.
- Listen carefully to customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information without rushing them off the line.
- Resolve basic issues like account questions, service concerns, or order updates, and know when to escalate more complex matters to a supervisor.
- Log call details and customer interactions into our system so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Follow up on unresolved cases to make sure customers aren't left hanging.
- Collaborate with teammates and share feedback that helps us improve how we serve people.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Clear communication skills in English (spoken and written) — you should be able to explain things simply and kindly.
- Basic computer literacy — comfortable navigating software, typing notes, and switching between screens.
- A calm, patient attitude, especially when callers are upset or in a hurry.
- Willingness to work in Business Bay and commit to a full-time schedule.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers (even a few months helps).
- Additional language skills — Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog are a real plus in Dubai's diverse market.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems.
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you. Attitude and willingness to learn often matter more than a perfect resume.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Salary between AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month, paid on time, every time.
- Company-provided visa, accommodation, and transportation — we take care of the logistics so you can focus on your work.
- Medical insurance because your health comes first.
- Annual leave with the flexibility to actually enjoy it.
- A supportive team that celebrates wins, big and small.
- Room to grow — several of our supervisors started on the phones themselves.
- Business Bay location with easy access to metro, cafés, and everything the city offers.
We know call center work can be demanding, and we don't pretend otherwise. But we also believe it's one of the most rewarding entry points into Dubai's job market — especially when you're surrounded by people who've got your back. If that sounds like your kind of workplace, we'd genuinely like to meet you.
