What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a sincere smile and ensuring each arrival feels personal, not procedural
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries—whether it’s a VIP regular or a first-timer
- Assisting with guest requests: from recommending evening hotspots in Dubai to arranging spontaneous bouquets for special occasions
- Coordinating between housekeeping, concierge, and other teams, acting as the ‘information hub’ for guest needs
- Quickly resolving guest issues or complaints with empathy and efficiency—turning any challenges into positive memories
- Maintaining a pristine and welcoming reception area; first impressions matter!
- Processing payments, managing daily records, and keeping confidential information secure
- Occasionally jumping in to support your colleagues—here, “not my job” isn’t in our vocabulary
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Warm, clear spoken English (Arabic or additional languages? Even better!)
- A passion for giving guests an unforgettable stay
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or reception experience is a big plus
- Polished professionalism: well-groomed appearance and a natural sense of courtesy
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks with calm and poise, even on the busiest days
- Eligible to work in Dubai (we’ll help with the residency visa—visitors and residents welcome)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
