What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers—sometimes with a friendly “hello” over the phone, other times with a warm smile at our front desk
  • Listening patiently and responding to inquiries, concerns, or complaints — always aiming for a positive resolution
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using our system
  • Collaborating with colleagues to troubleshoot issues and find solutions that work
  • Keeping an eye on feedback trends and sharing suggestions with your team lead
  • Juggling tasks efficiently — from answering emails to coordinating follow-up calls
  • Occasionally getting creative: helping update FAQs or suggesting new ways to improve our customer experience
