What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond promptly and warmly to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat—sometimes all in one afternoon.
  • Guide customers through our services, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for without missing a beat.
  • Keep accurate records of conversations, requests, and feedback, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues or concerns, and escalate anything trickier to team leads who always have your back.
  • Share the latest updates, policy changes, or service information so our clients are always in the loop.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to brainstorm better ways of serving our clients—you’ll have a voice here.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Clear, friendly communication skills—in English (and bonus points for Arabic).
  • Comfort using email, chat platforms, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • A genuine interest in helping people and the patience it sometimes requires.
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized, even on busy days.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with living or working in the Deira area.
  • Ability to pick up new digital tools quickly.
