What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond promptly and patiently to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person
  • Help customers resolve complaints and service issues—always with empathy and a cool head
  • Record and track service requests using basic computer systems (don’t worry, advanced tech skills not required)
  • Coordinate with other team members to solve unique or tricky customer problems as they pop up
  • Communicate information about our products, services, and procedures in a clear, friendly way
  • Suggest ways we can improve the customer experience—your voice matters!
  • Occasionally lend a hand in the office to keep operations running smoothly
