What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond promptly and patiently to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person
- Help customers resolve complaints and service issues—always with empathy and a cool head
- Record and track service requests using basic computer systems (don’t worry, advanced tech skills not required)
- Coordinate with other team members to solve unique or tricky customer problems as they pop up
- Communicate information about our products, services, and procedures in a clear, friendly way
- Suggest ways we can improve the customer experience—your voice matters!
- Occasionally lend a hand in the office to keep operations running smoothly
