What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet every member and visitor with genuine enthusiasm and attention
  • Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp chats, emails, and walk-in queries—you’re the first point of contact for all things AB Fitness
  • Guide new members through sign-ups, answer questions about classes or equipment, and help with membership renewals
  • Coordinate appointment bookings and schedule fitness assessments for clients
  • Oversee member check-ins and ensure everyone has what they need to get started
  • Accurately process payments, issue receipts, and keep membership records tidy and up to date
