What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and social media — no two messages are ever quite the same!
- Managing all table and VIP area reservations, from quick birthday bookings to high-stakes, high-profile celebrations
- Coordinating special requests and personalising the experience for both new faces and loyal regulars
- Keeping an eye on capacity, guest lists, and making sure VIP guests receive seamless entry
- Working closely with hostesses, management, and security to ensure every booking runs smoothly on the night
- Keeping detailed, organized records of bookings — accuracy matters in this fast-paced setting
- Recognizing opportunities to upsell special packages or recommend the perfect spot on the floor
- Troubleshooting any hiccups (last-minute changes? No problem; you’ll know how to handle it)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or reservations role (hospitality/nightlife experience is a major plus)
- Comfortable managing bookings and guest relations through phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a bonus
- A knack for staying calm, organized, and friendly even on high-energy, busy nights
- Confidence dealing with VIP and high-profile guests with discretion and warmth
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience using reservation software or CRM tools
- Familiarity with Dubai’s nightlife industry and clientele
- Arabic or Russian language skills
