What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Providing accurate information on products, services, and company offerings
  • Resolving issues with patience and creativity, always aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Logging and updating customer records and interactions in our system
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on queries and concerns
  • Collaborating with other departments to address complex requests — you won’t be siloed
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about our services to offer the best assistance
  • Upholding company policies and representing our values in every interaction
