What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet passengers with a warm, professional attitude and a ready smile—first impressions really count here.
- Assist travelers with inquiries about flights, directions, facilities, and airport services.
- Provide support at check-in counters—helping with baggage, documentation, and answering last-minute travel queries.
- Guide passengers through airport processes, making stressful journeys smoother for everyone.
- Collaborate with airline representatives, security teams, and colleagues to handle any unexpected situations swiftly.
- Stay up to date on airport procedures and information, sharing it in a clear and calm manner.

What You’ll Bring
