What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently residing within the UAE
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic skills are a plus, but not required)
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or hospitality settings
  • Patient, solution-oriented attitude—especially under pressure
  • Comfort with basic computer software (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Willingness to work shifts if needed (just part of the job’s rhythm)
