What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile, handling check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between
- Answering questions — from room details to the best nearby attractions — with patience and positivity
- Assisting with reservations and special requests, often juggling multiple guests or calls at once
- Helping resolve guest concerns, big and small, always aiming for solutions (and satisfied smiles)
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintaining up-to-date records and logs as part of a seamless service process
- Sometimes jumping in to help colleagues at the front desk or around the lobby
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good spoken and written English; clear and friendly communication is key
- Natural warmth, patience, and an approachable, helpful attitude
- Comfortable working a variety of shifts (hospitality never sleeps!)
- Ability to stay positive and professional under pressure
