What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers warmly and provide tailored recommendations based on their tastes and occasion needs.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of our luxury fragrance lines—describe notes, sourcing stories, and what makes each bottle unique.
- Ensure the shop floor is pristine and products are impeccably displayed at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, managing both cash and electronic payments.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns with poise, focusing on creating memorable, five-star experiences every time.
- Assist in arranging and packaging gifts, making every purchase feel extra special.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily sales targets (helping each other out is the norm here).
- Stay up to date with new product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Take part in training sessions and occasional team-building events.
