What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet customers warmly and provide tailored recommendations based on their tastes and occasion needs.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of our luxury fragrance lines—describe notes, sourcing stories, and what makes each bottle unique.
  • Ensure the shop floor is pristine and products are impeccably displayed at all times.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, managing both cash and electronic payments.
  • Handle customer inquiries or concerns with poise, focusing on creating memorable, five-star experiences every time.
  • Assist in arranging and packaging gifts, making every purchase feel extra special.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily sales targets (helping each other out is the norm here).
  • Stay up to date with new product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Take part in training sessions and occasional team-building events.

What You’ll Bring
