What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting customers with a welcoming attitude — both in-person and over the phone.
- Supporting the sales team by preparing basic documents, following up on leads, and helping close the deal when needed.
- Handling general office tasks — think filing, managing schedules, data entry, and keeping our day-to-day operations smooth.
- Providing quick, clear responses to customer inquiries, making sure every interaction feels valued.
- Keeping an organized workspace and supporting colleagues with whatever comes up — no two days are exactly the same.
- Occasionally handling cash transactions or simple invoicing, always with accuracy.
- Helping coordinate transport and logistics for the team when required.
- Rolling up your sleeves for overtime shifts when it’s busy — teamwork makes the dream work here.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- You’re currently living in Dubai, UAE (and available to start soon).
- Good communication skills in English — any additional languages are a big plus.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with the drive to help both customers and coworkers.
- Basic computer skills (think: Word, Excel, email, spreadsheets).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or office admin roles — even if it was just an internship.
- Knowledge of the local area or experience working in Dubai’s diverse business environment.
